Welcome to AlzLife, a brain training application developed by Alzheimer’s Light, LLC, a Florida-based company. By using our app, website, or any related services (“Services”), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use AlzLife.

1. Who Can Use AlzLife

You must be at least 13 years old to use AlzLife. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian. You must be 18 or older to make purchases through the app or website.

2. What AlzLife Provides

AlzLife offers tools to support brain wellness, including:

• Brain games and memory exercises
• 40Hz light and sound features
• Meditation and mindfulness content
• Daily planners, conversation starters, and reminders

These Services are intended for informational and wellness purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. Not Medical Advice

AlzLife is not a medical device.
It is not intended to treat or cure any disease.
Always consult a licensed healthcare provider if you have health concerns.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call emergency services immediately.

4. User Accounts

You may create an account to save your progress. When you opt in, we collect your email address for this purpose only. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use AlzLife for lawful, personal purposes only
• Provide accurate information
• Not attempt to access or modify others’ accounts
• Not reverse-engineer or tamper with the app or website

6. Privacy

Your use of AlzLife is subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data. Email is collected only when you opt in to track progress. We comply with privacy and data security best practices.

7. Payments

Some features of AlzLife may require payment. All purchases are subject to the price shown at the time of transaction. Refunds are subject to our refund policy, shown at the time of purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on AlzLife (text, games, graphics, light/sound features) belongs to BellCurveAndMe, LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse content without written permission.

9. User-Submitted Content

If you share content or data through AlzLife, you give us permission to use it to improve the platform. We will never sell your content or use it for advertising.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to AlzLife if you violate these Terms. Your data may be retained for up to 30 days after termination.

11. No Guarantees

We do our best to deliver helpful, research-based tools — but we can’t promise specific results. Your experience and outcomes may vary.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Your use or inability to use AlzLife
• Any loss or damage caused by inaccurate information or technical issues
• Any health or medical decisions based on content from AlzLife

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any) in the past 12 months.

13. Disputes & Legal

• These Terms are governed by Florida law.
• Any disputes will be resolved in Florida via mediation or arbitration if needed.
• If a part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If changes are significant, we’ll notify users in the app or on the website at least 30 days before they take effect.
